The
world in the eyes of a 36 years old man. There is a certain degree of
dynamism in these drawings: the wheat is growing, the animals seem to
dwell and the roses are blooming. Whether that oak tree in the pot has
been a general attempt to implement this tree in Triebswetter is unknown
to me. But it has certainly been a failure, nobody remembers having
ever seen oak trees in Triebswetter. We remember the mulberry and the
lime trees lining the streets. And here and there the heavy perfume
of the acacia or the lilac trees.
